Shipping: We offer fast, reliable delivery services both domestically and internationally. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can stay updated every step of the journey.
Returns: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. It must also be in its original condition and packaging, just as you received it.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. Please be aware that We do not accept cancellations or returns for:
Items misused or damaged due to improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at info@biankeys.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.
